This summer, I will be joining the Rightsholder Experience Team, designing primary ticketing solutions for venues, sports teams, and live entertainment organizations.
I was part of the AI for Product Teams initiative (under IBM’s AI and Automation division), where I designed AI chat interfaces & prompt-engineered models to power 11 agent workflows accelerating product tasks (research, design, content, PM, engineering), while testing proof-of-concepts and driving ~1100 daily user messages.
I also led redesigns of 2 internal GenAI enablement platforms, improving responsible AI education & adoption across 13000+ product org members, while creating branding and logos for 2 AI applications in Adobe Illustrator.
I also has the opportunity to lead IBM Software’s AI productivity research initiative (600+ responses) with insights reviewed by executive leadership to inform AI adoption strategy & future product roadmap decisions; awarded IBM Patterns design education.
I was part of the Plutus team, working on a spend management platform for cloud services to increase visibility on enterprise cloud spend for finance teams (first design intern on the team).
I led end-to-end design of 5 reporting tools and dashboard, introducing multidimensional reporting & interactive data visualizations.
On top of that, I partnered closely with the UX Design Specialist to launch cross-platform reporting features, reducing decision-making & analysis time for stakeholders.
I carried out UX audits and redesigned 4 websites serving 1.8M+ annual users, optimizing content strategy and info architecture, while aligning faculty & departmental branding, to improve usability and navigation.
I then built the redesigned websites using Drupal CMS, achieving a 140% increase in total users and a 131% improvement in engagement within 3 months post-launch.
I also crafted scalable card components adopted across multiple platforms, building and documenting design system assets to streamline designer-developer handoff, reduce inconsistencies, and accelerate implementation workflows.
I conducted heuristic evaluations and resolved navigation and accessibility issues within a B2B loyalty management platform for retail and e-commerce, improving usability across complex enterprise interfaces.
I also analyzed customer purchasing patterns in Python using Market Basket Analysis and association rule algorithms, informing AI-driven recommendation features for customer loyalty experiences.
Although I started as a data analyst intern, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for UX design.
